The road and driveway were totally covered in ice, which forced us to purchase chains just to get to the rental. We thought it would be easy to get there since the area hadn’t seen snow in over three weeks. The only thing mentioned on their site was that '4-wheel drive vehicles are strongly advised.' We didn’t find any mention of needing chains or a 4wd in the instructions, emails, or any other form of communication. It would’ve been super helpful to know that those were necessary for getting to the rental. When I reached out to customer support, they claimed it was mentioned in an email but couldn’t specify where. They even hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about booking with this company.

This was our first time at a Buckingham place, and it surely won’t be the last! They guided us through picking the right property for our group and were super accommodating during our two-month visit. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they even hooked us up with a new garage door opener. Plus, they upgraded our WiFi to a faster speed at no extra cost when we found the original speeds a bit sluggish for remote work. We really appreciated the extra touches like cleaning supplies, cooking essentials, and plenty of linens and toiletries. The service blew us away, and we can’t wait for our next stay with Buckingham!

Finding the place was a breeze, and the instructions for picking up the keys and entering the house were straightforward. The space was roomy and tidy. Plus, it’s just a quick five-minute drive to downtown. I definitely suggest this spot. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

This spot was just what my family and I were looking for. The layout and the amenities were spot on for everyone, from the little ones to the older generation. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be to do a more detailed check of the property since we found two dead birds when we got there - one near the garage and another on the roof by the master room balcony. Maybe consider adding a larger or an extra bear locker for trash, and some curtains in the bathrooms for folks showering or bathing to have a bit of privacy, as many windows overlook the neighbors. Also, it would be helpful to update the info about the place to clarify that the garages aren’t for guest use. Just minor tweaks that certainly didn’t take away from how fantastic the place is. Thanks a bunch!

The team at Buckingham was super friendly and quick to respond. Any requests we had around the house were taken care of right away (one time, their dedicated IT guy helped us out—a real treat compared to other rental places we've dealt with!) and with great courtesy.

All in all, it was a fast and enjoyable experience. Can't wait to team up with them again down the line!

I wasn't too thrilled with how Buckingham Realty handled things. I rented a place from them for 4 months, and let me tell ya, there were a ton of repairs and services that needed to be done. Buckingham just didn’t step up to organize or even talk about these appointments. The poor communication really got on my nerves.

R.C. and Chelsea were super helpful in getting our reservation sorted out. We faced a few bumps along the way, particularly with Covid and the house we had booked being sold before we got there. It turns out the new owners needed a fresh permit to keep our reservation, which kinda fell through the cracks. Luckily, Buckingham stepped in and offered us some alternatives. Sadly, when we found out, there weren't many homes left to pick from. Still, we managed to find just one that worked for our group size. This could've turned into a real mess since we had all our plans set. Despite everything, our family had an amazing time. Big thanks to Buckingham for making it all work!

Just right! Our family enjoyed a fantastic 5-night getaway at the 'birds nest.' It’s a cozy little cabin that had all the essentials for some quality family bonding. The communication before and after our visit was excellent (I even left a jacket behind, but they helped me retrieve it from the property office). The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, making everything smooth and hassle-free.

The folks at Buckingham are super easy to deal with and really quick to respond and assist.

This place is fantastic, situated in a prime area, and the hospitality from Buckingham is just superb. We’re definitely coming back!

For real, this was the most hassle-free stay I've had. The folks on the other end of the line were great at answering calls fast and got back to my emails in no time. The info and house rules were laid out nicely and super easy to find!
